About two weeks later the smell of fresh air fill the room, Eren opened his eyes slowly, still tired, but woken up because he felt Historia leave the bed, he slowly sat up and saw her throwing in pain, he stood up quickly after noticing. He ran over to her, "hey are you ok?" He asked her with a lot of concern in his voice, "Yea I only have some cramps" Historia answered avoiding eye contact, "come on get back on the bed" he helped her stand and walked her to the bed, he put her on the bed, "stay here, don't move a lot, I've got a private meeting with Levi soon", "ok hurry back, I'll miss you" , "I'll be back quickly, I'll miss you too". He went to take a shower and got dressed quickly and ran out to go find Levi, he was already a few minutes late.

He was running down the streets and was taken by surprise when he got pulled to the side, "Come here Jeager" Levi spoke with an unbothered sound in his voice. Eren didn't speak he just did as he was told, he followed Levi to a dark sketchy room. "Sit down" Levi said with a stern voice. Eren took a seat and watched as his captain walked in front of him. "Listen up brat, I need you to answer me with nothing but the truth" "O-ok?" Eren answered with a limp in the back of his throat. "Are you the father of the baby that Historia is carrying?" Eren's eyes widened, he considered lying but saw how serious Levi was due to his stare. Eren lowered his head and whispered "Yea I am, I'm the father." Levi backed up and nodded "I thought so". Eren was embarrassed and in simple words, he was kind of scared. "Listen Eren, I hope you know how important this is, don't tell anyone, if word gets out, it'll only create more trouble for our Queen and our future all together." Eren nodded in agreement, "how did this happen Eren?", "Well when me and her were in the forest, we had a lot of time together and I started falling in love with her, one thing led to another and we had sex". Levi didn't speak he just listened.

"Spend as much time as you can with her, but our work isn't over, we have to go back someday to finish what we started, make sure that baby is in good care." Eren was surprised on how easy Levi was being on him. "I won't leave our baby alone without a father, that's the biggest reason I had for staying alive" Eren's voice sounded a little upset, Levi for once took compassion, "go back to her, the baby will be arriving any day soon." Levi stood up and left the room, but Eren stayed in his seat, his body couldn't seem to move. "Go now Eren." Levi said one last time before he walked out of the room. Eren stood up and walked out and rushed back to Historia. When he got back he saw her sitting up against the beds headboard. "Hey Eren", she said cheerfully. "Hey, you feeling better?" he sat next to her. She couldn't keep her distance and wrapped her arms around him, she felt a little upset when she didn't feel him hug her back, "is something wrong?", " I uh... I have to tell you something" she looked up at him a little afraid of what he was going to say. "Levi knows about us, he knows I'm the father". Historia's bright blue eyes brightened, "ho-how does he know". "I don't know it's Levi, he knows everything." He spoke sarcastically. Historia giggled at his joke.

"Is he going to tell anyone?" She asked a little concerned. "No, he was surprisingly calm about the entire situation. He only told me to take care of you." Historia nodded and looked at the ceiling. "Well I guess now you have no choice but to spend way more time with me" Historia had a giant smile on her face. "I guess you're right" Eren smiled and leaned in, they kissed eachother and lied down, it was getting dark again, she held Eren's face and gave him one more long kiss. She broke the kiss and Eren was disappointed, "follow me" she said quietly. Eren was confused but stood up and did as he was told. She took him out into a balcony, there were two seats and a great view of the sky. He took a seat and waited for Historia to sit too, "while you were gone I spent most of my time here, it reminded me of that time we sat outside and spent a nice moment together, it made me think of you when I missed you" Eren smiled and held her hand.

They put their heads together and looked into the distance, "pretty soon we'll need a third chair", " what do you mean?" Historia asked confused, " Well our baby is coming soon, this could be something that we all do together." Eren suggested. "Yea I'd like that" the petite blonde girl smiled and kissed Eren once more. They embraced eachother and held on never wanting the moment to end.

Eren raced out of Historia's room and looked for the first doctor he could find. Historia was in labor, the baby was coming soon, Levi was there too, no one else was allowed to be in the room other than Levi, Eren, and of course Historia. Eren came back with a local doctor. Historia was on a seperate bed already in a position so that the child's birth would be easier. Eren practically jumped through the door, pulling on the doctors wrist almost making him trip. "Watch it Eren" Levi said with a deep voice, "sorry doctor, the brat here doesn't know how to contain himself." "It's fine, I understand how important this must be. Ok Historia, I'm not going to lie, this will hurt but you can push through it." Historia nodded and looked at Eren, they didn't say a word. Eren held Historia's hand. The doctor then gave the order, "push" Historia began pushing and crushing Eren's hand from the pain. Eren winced at the pain, in some way it hurt more than when Levi beat the shit out of him in the courtroom. He kept getting images of him getting kicked across his face and on his stomach, he started thinking of how time has gone flying by. Without realizing it he heard a baby crying, he snapped out of his trans and saw the doctor handing him the baby. "Congratulations, it's a girl." Eren never thought that within seconds of seeing a baby, he'd love it with all of his heart. He looked over at Historia, her hair looked messy and and she had tears in her eyes, but she had a huge smile on her face. "What do you want to name her?" Eren asked softly, "How about we name her Amanda?" Eren smiled and looked down, he spoke to his baby, "Hey Amanda, I'll always protect you".
